Education
At the Beinoni Foundation we recognize that Torah education occurs throughout the lifespan and can take place in formal educational as well as extracurricular settings. As such, the foundation has interests in supporting camps, arts programs, community initiatives, or any nature of structured educational endeavor. Advancement in the education of positively focused Torah principles is a priority, as it intertwined with the other major areas of focus of the foundation. Projects in education funded by the foundation will emphasize how the core principles of joy, meaning and feelings of connection to the divine inherent in positive Torah learning can be used to address the educational challenge at hand. It is also recognized that as a Jewish nation, everyone--irrespective of background, can inform and educate the group. Projects that support this positive appreciation of this diversity are welcomed.
“But his desire is in the Torah of Hashem, and in his Torah he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree deeply rooted alongside brooks of water; that yields its fruits in due season, and whose leaves never withers, and everything he does will succeed .”
